Wedding Chicks has a great section of their blog for free downloads and DIY guides.  Check it out here.

Just stumbled across this website: Vintage Printables

It’s a collection of images that are available in public domain.  Most of them are high-res enough that you could use them for stationery.  Pretty fun!

Just 100 days left until I am Mrs. Clarke.

This is our latest To-Do List:

-Address and send invitations

-Book a caterer! (I’ve spent so much time on this and I can’t seem to just get it done!)

-Decide on decorations and shop for the necessary items

-Decide on flowers for bouquets (currently researching what flowers are in season in July)

-Buy/find my accesories

-Write our ceremony!

-Choose music

Maybe we’re finally getting to the fun part?

Ordered. (I handed the stationery job over to Mr. Clarke and he did a great job!)

Save the Date postcards to be mailed this weekend. (Personally designed by Mr. Clarke with the help of his brother and ordered through FedEx Kinko’s Print Shop.)

Invitations ordered. (And on sale too! Check out http://www.weddingpaperdivas.com.)

We went with a fun design called Vintage Magnolias.

RSVPs will be strictly online.  And we are going to be creative with our thank you cards too, tying them into our travel/postcard theme.  So I think that’s it for the stationery ordering.

It feels nice to get things finished.

- Make and send Save the Dates

- Order invitations

- Figure out catering

- Design the decorating scheme for the reception and start collecting items

- Decide on flowers for bouquets and centerpieces

- Decide on what rentals we need to get for the receptions

- Write the ceremony!  (Both Mr. Clarke and I are really looking forward to this part.)
